Having spent 9 years in the Royal Marines, 4 of which as a Physical Training Instructor, Ben has a comprehensive understanding of fitness.
After leaving the Marines he completed a degree in Strength & Conditioning to further his knowledge and to better help his clients.Ben’s hobbies include Rugby, Mountain Biking and competing in CrossFit competitions.
Devon has recently graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in Strength and Conditioning with Rehabilitation.
He has spent the last 3 years working with national level swimmers, military personnel and has been involved in a number of research projects developing contemporary approaches to coaching and training athletes.
Having completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course, as well as being a fully qualified Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer, Tandi is more than qualified to look after our members in more ways than one.
She has experience working in the Physiotherapy department at Derriford Hospital, specialising in rehabilitating knee replacements. Then on to Help for Heroes, working with veterans to improve their physical health and well-being and more recently as a Health Improvement Practitioner.
Kieran Hambly -
A Pedro Bessa Brown Belt, Kieran has been training and involved with BJJ for 15 years.
He has many great achievements including being a two-time gold medalist in the British Open Championships, a gold medalist in the UK Premier Championship, as well as numerous other medals over the years at various open competitions.
Kieran is extremely proud to be Coaching At Pantheon and to be part of the REORG BJJ program.
Our very own indoor cycling instructor, Ells moved to Plymouth from Bath to study Sport and Exercise Science at university.
She has been cycling for a few years now, having completed middle distance triathlons and regular sportives and time trials in that time. She loves music and training, and enjoys being able to put the two together in her classes.
